Located just below our navel the sacral chakra controls our physical health and well being. It controls our appetites of all things – food, sex and pleasure. Our task is to find that balance between indulgence and starvation. Know that you deserve pleasure, you deserve the good you long for, you are an Empress or Emperor. The sacral chakra’s colour is orange and water is it’s element.
